KALADA APIAFI
Mr. Kalada Apiafi is the firm’s Managing Director.

Kalada Apiafi has been a Management Consultant for over 25 years out of which 22 have been spent in the field of Economic Development and Policy – hence an authority with first hand knowledge about development. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria [IMCON] and an International Graduate (IG) of the JCI University.

He was Lead Consultant for Niger Delta Regional Development Master Plan - Micro and Small Enterprise Sector Study and Blueprint for the Implementation of One Village One Product Scheme in Northern Nigeria. He was secretary to the Rivers State Community Development Blue Print Team, a joint initiative of the Rivers State Government and the Oil Companies.

He was Consultant to Africa Project Development Facility (APDF) which was a scheme for medium sized business, sponsored by the World Bank, African Development Bank and 15 countries and has also coordinated several executive selection assignments.

Recently, he was appointed Consultant to the Rivers State Sustainable Development Programme, a development initiative of the Rivers State Government and also Part of a Team that developed a new Community Interface Model for Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC).

Presently, he is  a Consultant to UNDP for Design and Implementation of a Youth Empowerment and Skill Acquisition Programme in Rivers State.

He is on the Board of some leading Organizations including:
