Youth Enterprise Training Programme (YTEP) for youths in Otumara and Erumukhwoaren in Delta State

The training was designed for out-of-school youths from SPDC's Host Communities and aimed at empowering them with life, leadership, social and vocational skills in order to make them useful to their selves and their Communities.
These youths are enrolled and trained for eighteen months in vocations like Catering, Electrical Installation and Repair, Welding and Fabrication, Carpentry, Computer/Secretarial Studies as well as Fashion and Designing. They are subsequently empowered with start up working capital loan to establish businesses based on their vocations.
